At MagicBrief, we’re committed to providing you with the best experience possible. If you upgrade to our Pro Plan and find that it does not meet your requirements, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our refund process.
You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- You have upgraded to a pro plan within the last 30 days.
- You notify us of your intent to cancel and request a refund within the 30-day period.
To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us using Intercom live chat at the bottom right of the platform, or at email@example.com, within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
Once your request is received, we will process it as follows:
- We may reach out to understand your feedback and concerns, as your insights are valuable to us.
- If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
Please be aware of the following limitations and conditions:
- Refunds are only applicable to your first subscription payment for a pro plan and within the initial 30-day period.
- Any additional purchases or renewals beyond the initial 30 days are non-refundable.
- If you received any promotional benefits or discounts during the initial purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for these benefits.
- If we determine that you are acting, or have affected, in a way that has or may negatively reflect on or affect us, or our customers, we reserve the right to terminate your plan without granting a refund.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
Note: MagicBrief Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
