Improvements & Fixes - Apr 25

Improvements:

  • Added a count of how many ads are excluded after applying a filter in Insights, so you can quickly understand the impact of the filters currently applied and adjust them if needed
  • Added a delete button to comparison groups to make it quicker and easier to clear away unwanted groups
  • Added a kanban board view to Briefs for better visualisation and management of all outstanding briefs
  • Overhauled the default reports for newly connected Facebook ad accounts
  • Redesigned the onboarding flow for new workspaces
  • Added support for external users to comment on a public brief
  • Filtered out DPAs from being included in the ‘Winners’ section of the Insights dashboard to give a more focused view of ad creative
  • Added support for additional Tiktok metrics, including a wider range of conversion metrics
  • Improved search functionality of the metrics picker in Insights to do a better job of surfacing the relevant metrics that are being searched for
  • Added a ‘copy’ button to Insights recommendations for easier sharing

Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue in Insights causing selected ads to de-select when group-by or filters were changed
  • Fixed an issue with filtering by ad format within Inspire
  • Fixed an issue with AM & PM time fields not appearing on the Slack report scheduler for some users
  • Fixed an issue causing certain Briefs modules not to render correctly when shared
  • Fixed an issue causing the number of live ads to incorrectly display as 0 on some brands within Track Brands
  • Fixed an issue where duplicating or deleting Insights reports for Tiktok accounts may throw an error message
  • Fixed an issue where some Tiktok ad accounts were not automatically syncing daily
  • Fixed an issue where applying certain filters to Tiktok ad accounts may throw an error message
